Old Farm is a subdivision located in south-central Naperville, adjacent to the Springbrook Prairie Nature Preserve. Its 1100 homes were primarily built between 1973 and 1987. Old Farm Park provides residents with a playground and open green space. The community attends Naperville Central High, Lincoln Junior High, and Kingsley Elementary.
