Ashbury & Rose Hill Farm Real Estate

Ashbury & Rose Hill Farm are a pair of subdivisions just south of 95th St in Naperville. Each features its own public park. The two communities attend Patterson Elementary, which is located in Ashbury, Gregory Middle, and Neuqua Valley High School.

Ashbury features about 1200 homes built throughout the 1990s. Residents can enjoy amenities such as the clubhouse and pool with water slide. Rose Hill Farm consists of 260 single family homes and about 150 townhomes, also built in the 90s.
